PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF FY2017 NEW PROPERTY VALUES
The Holland Board of Assessors has completed the triennial update of Real Estate and Personal Property valuations for Fiscal Year 2017. We have been granted preliminary certification from the Department of Revenue, the proposed new values which are subject to final approval by the DOR will be available for the public to view at Town Hall, 27 Sturbridge Road, the Holland Community Center at 40 Brimfield Road, and the Holland Public Library at 23 Sturbridge Road during each location’s regular business hours. Values have decreased an average of 2% with some variation in % change between property classes. New values are based on the sales of property in Holland during 2014 and 2015 calendar years. Taxpayers can review their proposed valuations at the Town Hall and the Library from October 4th until
October 15th during regular business hours. The Principal Assessor will be available to discuss the values or answer questions at Town Hall Assessors office on the second floor or by calling 413-245-7108 x 106.
